This is the part in the timeline where things started getting fun.

Snowstalker, of course. Had I become Labor Chair sooner - and not 10 days before this election - two-term Napoleon might not have happened.

I think that I'd actually choose Napoleon over Snowstalker and Redalgo. At least Napoleon showers.

My goodness, I don't even remember this election. Of course, I don't really remember many between late 2011 and February 2013.

Despite everything I do not regret my vote for Snowstalker given what actually happened, and would vote the same way.

I remember this one because it was kind of my idea to get Jbrase to run in the first place. It would have been fun to have an all IB/IHJ/IDS ticket in the White House.

I also helped you run your reelection campaign to the legislature that election. I recently read through my old logs in the AIM logger as a substitute for not being able to talk to my friends. It didn't work. Sad

I actually never looked at that ballot. No wonder Nappy won in a blowout. Wasn't it one of the most lopsided in history here?

Anyway, I'd have voted [1] Nappy & Nathan and [2] Snowstalker & Redalgo.

The next one up was my first one in which I voted Marokai, and would again.

As soon as the next month if I recall accurately.

I continue to think the merger of the IB with the Whigs was a shame. It was interesting to have a regional party in the game.

I recall with fondness the days when I led a major political party.

In this re-do, Jbrase/NC Yankee would have won a plurality in the first round and likely won the second round against either Napoleon/Nathan or Snowstalker/Redalgo, due to the tight nature of preference flows from the last election and what people have expressed here.

I believe I voted for Napoleon, which, I of course regret. Still though, I'm not sure I would've voted for Snowstalker. Having Yankee in the executive would've been too difficult to pass up otherwise.

The thing, though, is that Napoleon honestly wasn't a terrible President prior to his second term. I realize the second term justifiably screwed up his reputation and he exited the office childishly by just straight-up abandoning the job for another, but prior to the beginning of his second term when he seemed to just stop caring, he was doing a totally acceptable job and was fairly active and engaged. He didn't win for just no reason whatsoever.

I actually never looked at that ballot. No wonder Nappy won in a blowout. Wasn't it one of the most lopsided in history here?

At the time, I believe it was.

I said it was a bad idea to merge. Tongue
