Do categories exist beyond "yes, but others deserve it more" and blanket condemnation? I don't think he's malicious, but I do think he's an egotist that has allowed himself to be used as a puppet.

The Snowden leaks (and Glenn Greenwald's entire career) have so far been the obvious, dressed up in language of the scandalous.

And of course, supporting Snowden (not that I particularly do personally...but he did a good deed even if he's an egotistical ass) is not necessarily anti-American.

To be fair to the America haters, I think it was just the cartoons (opedo, snowbigot, possibly others) that held the view.  Hey, who'd listen to morning drive time radio show hosted by those guys.....Opedo and Snowbigot In the Morning, oh it would be a whacky time.  Lots of Family Guy sound clips.  BRTD could be the engineer.  Somebody would need to do sports...HockeyDude perhaps? maybe even a news guy....I got nothing.  Regular callers, of course...some with bits.  Like the Angry Old Jewish Guy always complaining about the A-Rabs....or the Gun Crazy Libertarian with lots of gun shot sound effects in the background.

I think I may have gone off topic a bit.

That just isn't true at all. No one outside of the government knew about PRISM until Snowden leaked evidence of its existence.
