lol, that'll happen.  Also, Texas delenda est.

Anyway, of course not (D).  Though I would not necessarily be opposed to efforts by cities and close-in-metro areas to redraw state and regional boundaries to better reflect reality.  States are largely artificial anachronisms (with the obvious exceptions of Alaska and Hawaii, where the geography of distance forces their relevance) and should cede most of their powers either up or down, depending on the situation.
