I'm done with my blood work until March.  I'm now waiting on my breakfast.  I'm having eggs, bacon, and pancakes.  I'll hang out with my folks for a few hours and then head home to Tulsa around mid-afternoon.

Two?  I only had one breakfast.  I probably will skip lunch and have a moderate supper when I get back to Tulsa.

Bacon and eggs, and pancakes are generally separate menu items. But that's okay, friend! Enjoy your moderate supper Smiley)))

Bacon, eggs and pancakes is a breakfast at IHOP actually. I ordered it when I went there completely hammered a few weekends ago. It's called the pancake combo. It also comes with hash browns!

I like the banana nut wheat pancakes with my meal, although I tend to go for sausage over bacon.

Does the IHOP put a strawberry on the plate, Duke?

Maybe I'm totally insane, but this sounds like a reasonable breakfast to me. Maybe not if you're 280 pounds, 5'8" tall and have the mobility of an 80-year-old. But for most people, it's reasonable.

Ya'll should stop giving advice on what to eat. It's a lost cause.

Nothing really wrong with Bushie's breakfast for a normal sized person, probably not the best idea for someone his size, but not completely horrible.  The skipping lunch is not good for someone with an already screwed up metabolism.

Bushie, since you went to Walmart the other day, did you buy the dumbbells I suggested and have been for motnhs & months??

No Sad

But they do have strawberry syrup for God knows what reason. I couldn't imagine using anything but normal syrup, but I'm not a big pancake eater usually.

A lot of places have combos like that. Bushie's not way out of line here; however, he probably should take it easy on stuff like that.

This is the really the first time I've had a breakfast like this since late July on the last day of mine and Allison's relationship.  I had 3 over-medium eggs, 3 slices of bacon, and 2 pancakes with about 1/2 c of hot maple syrup.

Yep, it split right after a Dennys brunch! I wonder if Bushie picked up the check before she dumped him?

You betcha! Bushie drenched those things in syrup! I'm sure he hates the taste of pancakes without it!

It may have been 1/4 cup.  The serving size on the fitness app I have said 1/4 c and the cup she gave me was pretty small.  I didn't use any more than what she gave me.

Duke, I ate at Jimmy's Egg diner.  They are a breakfast and lunch diner open from 6-2.

Well that's not really saying much, unless you have a habit of bringing your own syrup with you, which would just be really really freaking strange.

No use wasting time with myfitnesspal if  you aren't going to eat any fruits or vegetables, friend. It really doesn't matter.

Might as well just eat what you want in portions you want if you're going to ignore fruits and vegetables.
