The interview went very well.  I thought I did a good job in answering the situational questions.  It only took 10 minutes, so it wasn't long at all.  She is going to try to get some feedback this afternoon, but probably won't hear anything until tomorrow morning or early afternoon.  I'll be patiently waiting!

I know I have a lot of warnings coming from the forum, but like I said this morning, I'm going to follow through with this and if I end up back in this same boat then so be it.  I'm going to give this one a shot, though!

FFS what makes you think you can do another Customer Service job, which has worked out oh so well for you in the past, in something far more technical than you have ever experienced??  It isn't always a bad thing to try something else, but this is just a cluster****

I'm excited for this new challenge.  Despite it's flaws and warning messages, I feel hopeful that I'll get an offer tomorrow.  If and when I pass this A+ certification, I will have a long term, open-ended contract at my disposal.  This may be a temporary job, but I have the power to make this a one year, two year job.  It would springboard me into a bigger IT career.  This is part customer service, but mostly IT.  I'm good at IT.  Despite your concerns I'm excited.  In fact, your concerns make me even more sure this is a good path to go down at this time.
