I just wish not to be constantly hounded (pardon the pun) on the dogs page after page.  I've got enough stuff to think about!

I love it!!  Going for the Giants tonight, of course.  Speaking of the Giants, we get them in Dallas next week.

Sorry I'm blowing up everyone's Facebook feed.  I'm trying to keep my local friends abreast on the severe weather that's moving through western Oklahoma toward the OKC Metro.  You'll just have to ignore me for the next few hours.

Don't television stations and radio stations alert people when there is very severe weather in Oklahoma? And people using the internet also have access to weather.com so you don't have to constantly update people on it, just say "hey there's going to be some harsh weather from this city to this city, god bless" or something like that.

Of course. It's just that many people in Oklahoma are obsessed with the weather (for obvious reasons) to the point that they try to play Gary England, but ultimately they don't have much of any sophisticated knowledge of meteorology. It's just something the rest of us have to tolerate every year. I doubt Bushie's saying anything crucial that isn't all over the news, but I guess it's well-meant nevertheless.

Question for the Update Historians: Didn't Bushie defriend Inks on facebook because he corrected his weather updates? I vaguely remember that spilling over to the forum.

I seem to recall something like that happening, as well ... questioning credentials and the like.

Bushie, do you miss the food Mama Bushie would cook when you lived at home? I haven't heard about the enchilada casserole in so long! RIP enchilada casserole.

I made it home to Tulsa, however, I forgot my medicine...  Doh!!!!  It looks like I will be making another trip down there and back.   That's a waste of 215 miles and nearly 4 hours...

What pharmacy do you use? As frequently as you have mishaps, it would probably be worthwhile to patronize one of the national chains like Walgreens or CVS. Unless the prescription is a controlled substance, they can get your meds taken care of without driving all the way back across Oklahoma.

Isn't part of why Papa had to drive to Tulsa was to retrieve the medicine you forgot?

......  indeed.

I love how helpless Bushie is. Why can't you get some sent to a pharmacy in Tulsa?

Wasn't the reason they drove to Tulsa because his pharmacy was in Tulsa? Now his pharmacy is in OKC?

I think he's saying that his meds, which have already been dispensed, are at his parents' trailer in (actually about 20 miles outside) OKC.

But he gets free drugs from IHS coverage, so he should be able to get the pharmacy to dispense more.

I doubt very much they allow him an unlimited supply.

I have a plan.

1. Put the CAD/job business to rest.
2. Take out another student loan.
3. Get a Masters of Theological Studies from Oklahoma Christian University.
4. Knock it out of the park because you're actually passionate about it.
5. Move to North Carolina.
6. Enroll in the doctorate program at Duke.
7. Become a career academic.
8. Die with some respectability to your name and about the same amount of massive debt as you probably would've built up chasing scams on your parents dime anyway.

It might just be crazy enough to work.
