KY-Gov: Comer is running

He announced at Fancy Farm this weekend. This basically means Hal Heiner is irrelevant and we'll almost certainly be looking at a Comer vs. Conway matchup

I won't be surprised if Hal Heiner leaves the race. Conway will probably start with the advantage, but Conway is not a great candidate, and I think he can screw it up, especially in an increasingly Republican Kentucky.

Conway might still draw a primary opponent on the Democratic side, and Matt Bevin might run on the Republican side. I think Bevin might very well win the primary, but not the general.
