Played it twice. A friend of mine in college and a bunch of our mutual friends apparently play it (it's rather strange that these are guys who are quite adept, socially, but who nevertheless harbor a semi-closeted affinity for sh#t like this), and taught me somewhat how to play. Rather interesting.
MtG was an obsession of mine in middle school. I've long since quit the cardboard crack, but it is a really engrossing game if you don't let it bankrupt you.
I suppose this is the point at which I admit that my card game of choice these days is
Dominion. I wonder how well-known it is in the wider world.
