A more appropriately phrased question would be: Who is Prof. Victor Sanchez Williams?

The Good Professor will give Jeff Sessions a good thrashing, then promptly deport him to FOX News.

Does anybody know how many votes Prof. Williams received?

He didn't get ballot access and wasn't an acceptable write-in, so none.

Really? Shocked

I thought he was an official write-in candidate.
Hence our endorsement map is wrong, too?

Well we can't be sure. All sources just show the race as "uncontested" with no numbers, so it could be possible he gets a few votes.

Write-in appendix by county and municipality starts at page 150; I didn't see a statewide summary of these other than total number of write-ins.

This was just a dry run for the Good Professor. He'll be back to thump Shelby in 2016, and this time he'll actually be on the ballot!

Actually a fairly embarrassing showing for Sessions if you consider under-votes.

Al Gore's best county keeps up its Democratic anti-Republican streak. The only county in the state over 10%. The Atlas map doesn't easily show which county is next. The stat page shows that Covington is worst.

I manually scanned from pages 150-425 for VSW's vote totals. Doesn't look very impressive. Macon begins at pg 1013:

Code:
Autauga 1
Baldwin        2
Barbour        0
Bibb        0
Blount 0
Bullock 0
Butler           -
Calhoun 1
Chambers       1
Cherokee        0
Chilton 1
Choctaw 1
Clarke 0
Clay        0
Cleburne        0
Coffee 2
Colbert 0
Conecuh 0
Coosa        0
Covington        0
Crenshaw        0
Cullman 2
Dallas        0
...
Macon                3

after Macon, the county with the greatest percentage of write-in votes is Dallas (6.3%)
