At least when it comes to polling, yes.

These numbers aren't too suprising. They are probably an accurate indicator of this race. Davis has the advantage at this point.

10% undecided. If they don't already hate the supposedly disastrous Brownback, they're breaking his way this year and in this type of state.

The purge of moderates is the issue here, they are angry and have enough strength to send Davis to the Governor's mansion.

Still concerns that the "coming home" effect could save Brownback, but the moderate vs. conservatives wings of the GOP in KS has always been an issue there and it was back in '90 and '02, respectively. 

Those respective years, Democrats won the mansion
