Hagan (NC): Toss-Up --> Lean D

I agree with the changes, and while I personally am cautious on NH, polls seem to support the idea that Brown is doing much better than most would've expected. I don't even know why he changed MN to Lean D before, there was really no reason to. And for NC, despite Hagan's shaky not-so-great numbers and Obama's approval rating, the baggage of a Tillis candidacy is starting to sink in.
