Rand Paul should try to go for a more "establishment" type, and with that in mind, I do believe Huntsman would be a good choice for Paul. A Western governor who has already been vetted. He adds foreign policy expertise that might help with those that would worry that Paul's is too naive, plus they have some overlap on not just foreign policy but in terms of having a more libertarian outlook on social issues and civil liberties. He adds to Paul's message of being a more inclusive GOP and more appealing to the youth vote, which Paul has been trying to target.
