is civil engineering really the 'easiest' engineering field?

When I went to school, it was definitely the lowest paying. Which is ironic, considering that most civil engineers need to pass a rather difficult certification exam that other, higher paid engineers don't.

Of note, if I had to do a major related to the physical sciences, I would consider civil engineering despite my lack of love for math and physics.
