I'm cool with offering redrafts - if I recall correctly, it was something I did informally and fairly often as Emperor. Good to get it enshrined and all.

Certainly a good idea to reform the "veto or sign" system that wasn't nice to work with for the both Emperor and Legislature.

I'm just sad I can no longer re-write most of the bills to suit my beliefs like I did as president Sad

Fun times those were.. I'm not sure if the Senate misses that or not.
