Just checked and FWIW, Bera got 47% in the primary.

This was always going to be close. It's an even PVI district, and Bera won by just 3.4 points last time.

I don't know how it works in NorCal, but generally a democrat getting 47% in the primary is comfortable enough to be lean d. In the 2012 primary, as the only democratic candidate he got 41%.
