The Politburo will be consolidated to a Chair and Vice-Chair.

The appropriate modifications will be handled and drafted into the by-laws for a final approval.

Sorry about falling behind here: we'll have a 48-hour period for candidate declaration as the by-laws state, which we'll say began at noon today. There'll then be 72 hours for campaigning, followed by a 48-hour election.
