This might be a bit on the "light" side of the standard fare here, but it's been bugging me for awhile.  I *know* Youtube has the capacity to track where I am very finely tuned, as they've given me town specific ads for my town of around 20,000 people.  However, in addition to IL specific political ads for the midterm, I've also been targeted by NM, CO, and LA specific senate ads, the kind that mildly focus on state patriotism (as they do from time to time).  Anyone else experience this, and if so where from?  To be clear, I'm talking about targeted ads in an environment where the advertisers should really know better and have control.

I don't watch that much youtube, but I live where three states converge, so I see out of state political ads all the time. No biggie. It's actually kind of interesting.
