Don't we have a small "sin tax" on substances like alcohol and tobacco? Maybe we could attach one to some of these?

Does the NE allow for gubernatorial redrafts?

Poirot, that may be a good idea.

Could we come up with a reasonable "sin tax" to attach to this bill in this thread before I veto the bill?

Okay, apparently we don't have a sin tax for cigarettes and tobacco, so I don't think we need to add one at this time. I plan on signing the bill.

However, I do think we need to figure out a system to get a possible redraft by the governor in place for future vetos.
