This bill is certainly interesting, and I agree with the spirit of it. My biggest objection to it is clause 2. If we have an inactive member of the Assembly then this would certainly slow the legislative process down, although if it only requires just over 48 hours to pass something without them, then it wouldn't be that big of a deal.

Granted.

I would also like to add an amended version to this, with Clause 4 specifiying that this would take effect when the legislature is expanded to five seats.

Otherwise, we run the risk of abuse from Clause 3 of this proposal.
