I am the world's dumbest person right now. I paid inflated prices for a train down to London for a meet-up some friends had planned. On the way I was texted the person who organised the whole thing where we would meet. And then he told me the meet-up is next week. F*** Now I've got to pay through the nose for the privilige of taking a train to London and back, unless I can find alternate arrangements.

Had a small hiatus from forum because my laptop smashed up during a journey. Currently writing on a tablet a friend sold me, so if I make typos blame that.

I also accidentally knocked over my cactus in my room before i left last year, so it's awkward bending rihjtwards

I almost died today.

I just returned from the dentists, where they put in a few fillings. One of them (the size of a quarter) came loose and went right down my throat. I choked for a solid minute and felt I was going out like Joan Rivers . Thankfully my doctor and his nurse were present and tried to dislodge it, but in the end I just swallowed it. I swallowed it, and I might have to get x-rays if I don't pass it in the next four to five days. Ugh.

Ugh...

So I got drunk this evening, unexpectedly (with only 2 goddamn cups of wine!!!). But the party ended at like 7PM and all my friends left. So now I'm drunk and alone.

Just got email reminding me about an exam that I have this week. And it's for a Unit that I don't recognise, so I assume it's a mistake and send an email to my department. No, it turns out it's a mandatory unit for my course. And I've missed every single session, with no chance of catching up. Fml

The attendance was mandatory. My tutor said "just attend (even though you'll fail) and you'll have to do a retake in August". Which is fair enough - it is my damn fault - but ugh.
