*bump*

Webb just said he agrees with SCOTUS's recent SSM and Obamacare rulings, so I guess he's for nationwide SSM now:

The commenters on his FB page seem to be a weird ideological mix.  Quite a few of them seem to be at least social conservative-ish, and are disagreeing with him on his SCOTUS comments.

Hillary also supported having gay marriage up the state last year, and only this year decided to support a SCOTUS ruling to legalize it nationwide. If you want someone who showed the slightest bit of leadership on gay marriage, you can't support either of them. Sanders, O' Malley, and Chafee all showed some actual leadership on the issue.

The reasonable position, one that many Republicans (some running for President)  have yet to take, is to accept the ruling of the US Supreme Court as definitive. It was possible before the Supreme Court decision to oppose SSM without making a fool of oneself -- but not now.
