No. He'll get between 39% to 43% percent of the vote, in my opinion in California.

He technically could, but anyone who knows anything about California politics, or U.S. politics in general would acknowledge that Halperin's prediction is nothing more than a wet dream.

Without the "Silent Majority" bullsh**t and a flood of immigrants, Southern California suburbs can no longer overpower and steal the state from the Democrats as had happened in 1960 (by mere absentee ballots), 1968, 1976 (although Carter barely did anything in the West, he could've taken it from Ford if had bothered), and 1988.

No Bill Clinton realigned the state and the Northeast for probably generations, much like Nixon and Reagan took the South.

And now with immigration on the rise...and the xenophobic wing of the GOP still in a powerful place....

I wouldn't be surprised if Clinton won the state by 70% with the right campaign.

No Democrat in history has ever won California at 70%. Hillary would only potentially reach those numbers if she faces Ted Cruz or the black Tea Party doctor dude.

This is almost as unlikely as Clinton losing it.

No Jeb can not win this state especially with Democrats having the Hispanic vote in the 60-70 range in a state were non Hispanics white are less than 40%. The only way he can win is if it is a 3 way election and the 3rd candidate spit the Democrat vote.

California is hostile to Republicans the way the Deep South is hostile to Democrats.
It would take a Republican landslide to even make California close, let alone win it.

The South is more hostile to Democrats than California is to Republicans.

There would have to be a Republican landslide, a la 1984, for any Republican to win California.

He'll win California the same day that Hillary Clinton wins Alabama...
