Eritrea and Swaziland are eliminated. Algeria and Seychelles are both safe until Round 5 (not bothering to do a tiebreaker).

Round 2:  Distribute 6 points to eliminate in a 3-2-1 formation. No saving. 3 countries will be eliminated.
