Is there anyone whom you conceder neither an FF nor an HP?

I'll start with one: Jimmy Carter. He has qualities of both but I don't think he really should be labeled.

Two different types: 1) the boring people you don't really have any opinion about 2) the deeply-conflicting characters with equal parts good and evil.

HW Bush is the boring type
Ann Richards is defined by conflict between her good/bad qualities.

So we're looking for the terminally mediocre and free of legacy?

Calvin Coolidge? Had little of the excess and corruption of the Harding administration, he just ... was there.

Maybe William Harrison and Alec Douglas Home as well.

This thread is (as expected) moronic. Literally "who are people so boring and irrelevant that you have no opinion of them whatsoever?"

The two most obvious choices that come to mind are Bill Clinton and Francois Hollande.

My current mayor Betsy Hodges is also someone I definitely feel this way about.

If by "freedom fighter", you literally mean someone who fought against freedom.

Any Democrat after the 1980 election running for President is inherently not an FF.

On the Republican side,I'll go with Charlie Baker.
