Reform of the Open Legislature Amendment
Bills, amendments and resolutions shall only be put to a vote after they have obtained the signature of three registered voters from the region within a week of their introduction, or have obtained the signature of the Governor.

I remember that original proposal...although I can't remember voting on it.
I remember saying - and I stand by thatt - that I like it but would prefer two stars, to represent Alaska and Hawaii.

I'm not proposing a return to the old state of affairs. The Open Legislature remains up and running. Before, votes could only be held at set times. Oh, and you needed five signatures.

I do not wish to make any amendments to my proposal.

And I wish once again to propose a flag like Proposal A, but with a second identical star in the lower left corner.

"Wildcards" for Lt.Gov. was a typo. Next time I will check my ballot before posting...woe on whoever put the s next to the d on the keyboard!
