I support this.  We've had 21 votes in two weeks.  There needs to be some controls.

Just remembered that this was out there.  Care to debate this, anyone?

Okay, seeing as we have had some discussion and some new proposals, I'll ask Lewis he he wants to amend his proposal and then we will vote on that bill, the flag proposal and ratifying the new Constitution all at the same time.  Deal?

Okay, since every other region has a vote up now, I'll put the cote to ratify the Constitution up and we'll wait on the other two.

I'm also accepting absentee ballots for the Regional races here.

Absentee Voting for the April 22nd Pacific Regional Elections are now open.

To be eligible to vote, you must have registered to vote at least 10 days prior to this election (before April 12, 2005).

Preferential voting is in effect for these elections.  If your first preference does not receive enough votes, your vote will be counted for your second preference.  Candidates are eliminated until one candidate has a majority of votes.  You are not required to rank all of the candidates in any vote that applies to you.  If you do not wish to cast a first preference vote for a ballot candidate or write-in a choice, you may abstain.

Okay guys, as soon as the voting to ratify the Constitution ends in two days, I'll put up the vote on Lewis's bill and the flag proposal.  So if anyone wants to debate these or put forward a flag design, do so now.  Thank you.
