It'll be funny if Democrats pick up KS-02 and ND-AL.

Shouldn't Yoder be more vulnerable than Jenkins?

Yoder's seat is more urban/suburban than Jenkins rural district but Yoder won by a much bigger margin in 2012. 68% versus 57% for Jenkins.

Yes, but his only opponent was a libertarian in 2012.

This race isn't in contention. Turnout is going to be extremely high in Douglas County due to Davis, so it'll be closer than usual, but Jenkins will win.

OK, didn't know that. Although after checking Wikipedia I see that both KS-2 & KS-3 have elected Democrats within the past decade, before the unfortunate 2011 redistricting. So these aren't impossible areas for Dems to win (unlike KS-1).

What in the goddamn is up with Kansas this year? I'm not complaining, mind you, but they've been in one mother of a turnaround this cycle.

Sam Brownback was supposedly mulling over another run for president in 2016. I would love to see him try to explain how he did such a spectacularly bad job as governor that he enabled the Democrats to run the table in one of the most consistently Republican states in the country.
