Whether or not you think Duke would do a good job is secondary to the fact that he is ineligible to hold this office.

No person who is ineligible to serve as President can serve as Vice President. The Constitution is fairly clear.

Nothing against Duke, I just don't think he's constitutionally eligible to hold the post.
