If only WI was not on a midterm cycle.

Turnout...

Eh I mean, in the 2012 recall election turnout was 57.8%--pretty good--and Walker got 53.1%

That included the Obama voters who was against recalls. Strange...

WI Democrats always poll slightly under their actual result.  They always seem to get a boost on Election Day. Maybe it's same day registration, or something uglier going on behind the scenes, but every cycle, the Democrats end up with a higher share of the vote for these major races.
