I indeed believe that currently (at least for France), there is a problem with education. Indeed, for instance if 40 000 engineers are needed, France would give the diplomat of engineering for 80 000 persons. There is a problem between the supply and the demand, and that means that those who have a degree, only people who have "relations" (my gfather is a engineer blabla) will get the job and the most qualified people.
I indeed believe that if 40 000 engineers are needed, only 40 000 should get the diploma of engineering.

However, I believe that the 40 000 most qualified persons should graduate,  not the 40 000 richest.
That's why I support reducing tuition fees cost.

Anyway, since debate has died off here, and the bill in its current form would be covered and not need any additional funding (if you want to believe my calculations), I guess we can proceed here and finally open a final vote?

I presented a calculation further up, which stated that we precisely would not have any remaining expenses, and no one said anything, so I thought that could be out away.
