Section 2: Licenses

Any individual who induces a prohibited abortion shall have any existing license from the Pacific Region or a subdivision thereof to practice a medical profession revoked for up to five years.

Section 3: Penalties

Any individual who induces a prohibited abortion shall be sentenced to up to two years in prison and/or a fine of up to $500,000. Any person knowingly facilitating the inducement of a prohibited abortion shall be subject to a criminal fine of up to $50,000.

It's in the regional government page, where I first introduced the flag prior to setting up its own thread.

Hello fellow Council members (and judge!). I have recently been appointed as a council member here, and although I am rather new I hope to work together with all of you to bring the Pacific Region to prominence.

Who will be the next speaker?

I will open an election for Speaker at my pleasure, "pleasure" here meaning "when the other person I have appointed to the Legislative Council swears in".
