No.

I'd be hesitant to hire him for anything other than a minimum wage job frankly.

I wouldn't even hire him if I was being paid $40/hr to do it.

I wouldn't hire him for minimum wage. There are plenty of high school kids who would do a far better job.

Ideally Bushie would just collect his check from the government every week and never work another day in his life. A shame the US's welfare and social safety net institutions are so lacking.

Think of it this way instead...if they're going to pay X $20, then my going rate just went way way up.

Man, I can't imagine Bushie in a college setting.  Did he go to a real school or one of Pat Robertson's shams?

He went to an Oklahoma state school, IIRC.

Education aside, he doesn't seem to demonstrate the competence or skill that I would look for in an employee worth $20 an hour. Most I ever made was probably $18/hour working overtime (time and a half), and probably for much harder work than what he's done in recent years. He's not worth the money and I can't imagine what I would ever pay him to do.

Assuming jobs in the $20/hour range: in reality, when you factor in the true cost of employer health insurance for a man in his condition (a company isn't going to consider that he's getting CheroKare), his turnover rate and how that affects training costs, the dramatically-slow learning curve that he has demonstrated in recent memory at multiple jobs, and the perpetual mistakes he makes at said job (the latter two of which have led to him being fired on multiple occasions), he's very likely a net loss for a company.

I'm not being hyperbolic nor purposefully mean about this: in an absolutely fair world driven by cost-benefit analysis, Bushie would need to pay a company to work there. Fortunately for him, this only happens when he gets duped into spending his parents' money on USPS books and fraudulent insurance. And yep, this is exactly why he needs to just sign up for welfare and be done with it. As soon as an employer connects all the dots above, he invariably gets fired.

You mean where I'm paid $20 an hour to do it? I'd consider it.
