What matters is the margin between the winner and the runner-up, not the lowest percentage of all winners (→ South Dakota).

I'm going to be a bit unconventional and say North Carolina. (Both parties have a floor in the high 40s, so statistically speaking it should be most likely to be very close).

Think Georgia's first round and North Carolina will be very tight, and Louisiana's runoff could be in the right circumstances. Colorado looks to be breaking heavily towards the Republicans.
