That's the point. She is leading but Democrats are seemingly fired up to vote in Iowa, which is out of the norm for the midterms. If this trend continues, GOTV will benefit Braley massively even in Ernst is leading slightly in the polls.

Braley is actually up even more, 54% to 41%.
Also, the article claims that one third of all (expected) voters have already voted. This seems a bit high to me?
