I would continue the great American tradition of never meeting or speaking to him, or any other neighbor.

The fact that he wouldn't talk to me makes him the world's best neighbor.  Cheesy

He'd fit right in; my neighborhood is entirely old white people.

I'd feel like he'd be the neighbor to complain about very, very minor things.

Well if he was my neighbor in South Dakota he'd probably live like 10 miles away, so no reaction. He seems fairly pleasant though.

I'd feel pretty good (for Clinton1996).  He probably wouldn't be a fan of my evangelism attempts though...

I'm sure the 74 year old woman who I call "bikini lady" will be flirting with you just like she does with the mailman in no time.

Despite our differences on social issues, we'd probably get along quite well.

I think we'd be on good relations, though nowhere near close.

It would be glorious. We'd sit on the front porch and shoot the tires out on passing cars while we crack open a few beers.

Not sure we'd be shooting at cars, but you'd be welcome to come over for a beer any day.

I wouldn't care ('cause I'm not a native), but if you start putting up Wolverine flags and other paraphernalia, you might have issues with pretty much everybody else in the neighborhood.

Not that I know him very well, but I imagine we'd leave each other alone most of the time, which is all I ask for in a neighbor.
