All these Democrats have three things in common with each other:
1.) They ran / are running for a statewide office in Tennessee this decade.
2.) None of them got the endorsement of the Atlas community.
3.) Hence all of them lost / will lose in a landslide.

So because they don't agree with the platform 100% of the time like a partisan robot, they warrant quotations around their party label?

He's a Republican, nice try. Wink

Brown may be mentally ill, Clayton is a proud member of hate groups, and McWherter is a huge DINO who arguably was running to the right of Haslam. Ball is also a DINO, but he seems to be the best of a horrible lot.

Mark Clayton, easily. That man would have made a great Senator.

Some people get banned for their opinion.

A nazi wouldn't have made a great senator, BTW.

Clayton is not a Neo-Nazi. I have found no information that suggests he has any Nazi sympathies. Given the fact that he's a Christian with libertarian leanings on national security and foreign policy issues, I don't see why he would be a fan of the Nazis anyway.

Also; if you don't like my posts, you have the option of simply putting me on ignore. Is that so difficult?

An obvious write-in for Basil Marceaux Dot Com. Tongue

Among those 4 though, it would have to be Gordon Ball. Despite his horribly fiscally conservative views (supports a flat tax, balanced budget amendment etc.), he is at least in the 21st century when it comes to civil rights.

As for the others, McWherter is a tax shifter for his wealthy friends, Brown is a huge NRA supporter and has arguably been running the worst campaign in the country this year (to even call it a campaign is probably an overstatement), and Clayton's a disgusting human being who for whatever reason thought he was running against Lamar Alexander in 2012. All completely unsupportable.

If he was really a Nazi, everyone would know.  The media would be all over it.  Republican hacks would be proclaiming that "Democrats are Nazis, vote Republican!"

Why is Mark Clayton leading? That's a bit "surprising"...
