The PM of Vanuatu, Moana Kalosil is a green HoG. He's a liberal Green that leads a rather large coalition.

I genuinely thought Silva would be the first, even if she wouldn't be elected under the Green banner.

Colombia also appeared to come close in 2010, but it may have been an illusion of colombia's terrible polls.

Given the Green Party of England and Wales is a republican party, I'd be surprised if Charles is a fan.
