^ RRH itself leans right, but I wouldn't equate this with a Republican internal.

Yeah, this would not be competitive (much less with the Dem leading!) if Republicans were leading in the generic ballot by 8-11 points.

And yeah, this poll is definitely NOT Democratic friendly. Case in point:

Barber will win if a poll from that site has him up. During the Wisconsin recall, they put out a poll that was way off on one of the races.
