If she wasn't 'good at politics', her election wouldn't be being talked about almost as if it were an inevitability.

If she wasn't good at politics, her stinker of a campaign in 2008 would've finished her off and BHO certainly wouldn't have felt obliged to give her SoS as a launching pad for 2016.

Heck, if she wasn't good at politics, the Hillarycare failure would've made her forever a laughing stock.
