Have to go with Reagan, even though Reagan once said, "Trees cause pollution." and Reagan's economic system hurt many small businesses when put into effect and it's the biggest reason there's such a large economic contrast in America, he didn't sabotage peace talks in Vietnam.

Reagan, he wasn't the most corrupt president in American history. He was also funny.

Reagan had some moments of brilliance, despite everything.

Nixon is Hitler with less charm.

Reagan was much more aggressive, but Nixon was much more corrupt. At the end of the day, though Reagan is a better model for the children.

The one whose first name begins with R.

And last name ends with a vowel, followed by n?

Reagan hands down, though Nixon would be competitive for this if not for Watergate.

So Watergate was the only black mark on the Nixon presidency? How about sabotaging the Paris Peace Talks so that he could get elected President? Secret bombing of Cambodia? Overthrowing the Allende government in Chile? Sanctioning the extrajudicial murder of leaders of the Black Panther Party by the FBI? Spying on his political opponents?

yeah, as Chomsky says, Watergate was but a drop in the bucket of the nasty sh**t that is done as a matter of course.  for the period example, see COINTELPRO.  the reason Watergate was so thoroughly investigated and prosecuted is because it endangered the targeted politicians themselves.

I voted for Nixon, but the only "good" things about him were forced on him by the situation: a scary conglomeration of social movements (in retrospect we can see they were in decline, but this was not so clear in 1969), and the long shadow cast by the successful "big goverment" New Deal liberalism of the past 35 years that was still the dominant political paradigm (much as Reaganist neoliberalism is now our dominant paradigm).
