Two close and very important races in 2010 saw democratic women candidates who were good on paper but ran lacklustre campaigns lose to republicans who are now generally disliked by atlas posters. With hindsight, which of the two races would you change the result of, MA-SEN or FL-GOV???

Sink beating the criminal, of course. Without Coakley losing in 2010 we never would've gotten Sen. Warren.

Sink; we would have been a week away from Governor Adam Putnam if she had won.

would the PPACA have passed in a slightly improved form had the Dems retained seat #60?  did 'reconciliation' limit what could be put into the bill?

Are Democrats seriously voting option 1? You'd rather have a Sen. Coakley than a Sen. Warren? Huh

1) You're forgetting that Kerry's seat would open up anyway, allowing Warren a run for that.

2) Fillibuster-proof majority

The one that doesn't involve Coakley becoming a senator (normal)
