I agree in spirit, though like most liberal ideas, affirmative action is a rather feeble palliating solution.

Yeah, I guess this is actually more or less my position. I believe that everyone should be guaranteed a job the minute they complete their education, but I also believe that affirmative action should be used to guarantee women and minorities are equally represented in those positions.

You're not a racist, you just prefer to treat certain races as inferior because of the color of their skin.

AA based on socioeconomic status?  Fine.  AA based on race is the very definition of racism.  What a condescending initiative.
