Bruce Bochy has won five pennants as a player and manager (1984 as the San Diego Padre backup catcher, 1998 as the San Diego Padre manager) and won it all as the San Francisco Giants Manager in 2010 (defeating the Texas Rangers), 2012 (Defeating the Detroit Tigers) and 2014 (Defeating the Kansas City Royals). His career Regular Season record as a manager is 1618-1604. So does he belong in the Hall of Fame, with some of Baseball's greatest players and managers?

I personally think he does, but what do you think?
