The National Platform

1. Good Governance: We believe in putting the nation’s long-term interests ahead of the electoral interests of a political party or any narrow interest group.
2. Solving Problems: We believe that in a vibrant democracy, compromise is an essential source of strength.
3. Fiscal Responsibility: We believe that we need to put Atlasia and keep it on a sound fiscal path.
4. Environmental Responsibility: We believe that climate change represents a potential threat to the international community. We support efforts to curtail carbon emissions.
5. Social Tolerance: We believe that the  government should not involve itself in private behavior that does not affect the broader public. We will work to heal Atlasia's division on social issues rather than exploiting them for political advantage.
6. Economic Opportunity: We believe that markets are the most powerful tool for promoting prosperity and innovation. The role of government is to create an environment in which the private sector can thrive; to provide a meaningful safety net; and to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to achieve their economic potential.

Rpryor, I'm curious to hear what it means to be a nationalist in the Atlasian context (where there are no other nations).

There are plenty of other nations in the game, though they are non-playable entities. The rest of the world didn't cease to exist in 2003-2004.

The Proud citizens of the Papal Boats very much disagree with your first point.

Other "nations" only crop up occasionally as isolated story points. There is no over-arching story to give those entities character or make them relevant. And like you say, they aren't playable. It seems to me like regionalism is the Atlasian equivalent to nationalism, seeing as the entire playable sphere is contained within the state of Atlasia.

Announcement: New Brunswick, NJ

Thank you all for coming today! I have decided to run for At-Large Senate, for the seat currently held by President-Elect Lumine. I feel that this is the time to make Atlasia better for all. I am running on the National Platform, which can be found at the top of this topic. As your At-Large Senator, I hope to be a voice for all Atlasian citizens regardless of party. As such, you can always come to me with your concerns and problems, and I will help to fix them. Our Constitution begins with "We the People," and I will be a representative for the People. We will keep Atlasia great!

How does differ from (whichever is applicable) TPP or the Federalist Party?
