I'll have to say FM. They are pure trash, but so self-aware that they are trash that it doesn't matter. Special effects, zombies, a couple attractive heroines, violence, explosions, blood, non-sensical plot points, fan service for the fans of the game series... whatever! You want it, we got it! Even though there have been five (soon to be six) in the series, every single one starts with a monologue from the protagonist that makes watching all the previous ones unnecessary. That, and they never hit more than 1.5 hours. They aren't "good" in the traditional sense, but they aren't trying to be, not even a little bit.
EDIT: All you really want to see out of these is decent acting and competent screenplay, and they've got that.
