Good question. Probably Senate, but it's hard to tell since there's so little House polling (and what little there is tends to be junk and/or internals).

House. Republicans would have to underperform in the House and overperform in the Senate for the opposite to be true -- and that doesn't seem to be a likely combination.

To be honest I'd need to actually look at all the House races first and then make a judgement call. I think we'll lose 8 Senate seats at this point, so House losses would need to be in double-digits to make it conclusively higher than the Senate.

Probably the House though.
