The day after Election Day really needs to be a holiday so we can all stay up late drinking and laughing at the results without any repercussions

Just the usual.  It'll be a Tuesday night so I'll have red wine.  At least initially, although I may have a snifter or two of fermented beverage just before lights out.

I feel like it's all pretty predictable here.  Wolf wins, the incumbent US and state rep and state senator wins, etc.  Hardly fodder for a drinking game.

The only interesting races are about 20 house seats maybe 8 senate seats.  None of them are mine.  In fact, none of them are even near here. I guess we could make it a game of those 8 senate seats.  Tequila shots for every GOP victory and Vodka shots for every Democrat.  Something like that.   Some of them are many time zones west of here, though.  Not sure I want to stay up so late.

Probably Pepsi.

I stopped drinking alcohol a few years ago. I've no intention to do so again.

Hosting a small, bipartisan election watch party. I've promised the guests that there will be red drinks and blue drinks, so whatever I come up with to make that happen.

Because I'm endlessly classy, from a sack. I've got a week off work to coincide with the election and other activities so I bought bulk, a box of white wine and $5 champagne. Like I said, I'm classy.

Hard Liquor shot every time the GOP pickups a US Senate seat.

How hammered are you getting on Tuesday?

Probably a couple of cases of champagne to celebrate the spanking the Republican party is receiving down the block.

Corbett's going down, so I'll be breaking out the wine.

Korbel Brut champagne (I love the stuff) and I have a selection of reds on hand, mainly from the chairman's selections our liquor stores carry. I have something from Italy called Ramitello, I think, which I'll probably get into. I also picked up some Aviary (a domestic), which was $35.00 for $12.00. Smiley

If I had the money I would get two bottles of vodka, label one "Republican Tears" and one "Democratic tears" and have have my Republican friend drink the Dems one if they take the Senate and the rest of us get to drink the Reps one if we hold the Senate. Then again my Republican friend had a meltdown of sorts (he went on this huge rant, it was awesome) after Obama got re-elected last election night party and drove home drunk (he made it home fine, bit pissed me off by putting me in that position (he may or may not have been under 21)) so I don't know.

OMG I can't wait only 3 more days!
