Nice. I knew that Marquette poll was trash.

Nice. I knew that Marquette poll was trash.

Let's all get excited about a PPP poll sanctioned for the Democrats and preach an internal as gospel. Much like the PPP/LCV (D) polls, this is NOT a non-partisan PPP poll. Those polls will be released over the weekend.

I don't care who the pollster is. You know the Democrats are going to release what they want to release to show this race closer than it likely is at this point (probably somewhere around 2-4% points). The gold-standard Marquette poll was pretty damning.

This race has generally had Walker ahead most of the cycle with a random Burke poll here and there. Tossup/Lean R at this point.

The Democrats felt compelled to dispatch Obama to Wisconsin. That's how bad the situation is.

Good news for Walker! This looks to be a race the GOP can still hold on to (the favorability ratings are a bit strange, though understandable).

This has all the markings of a narrative poll released to motivate supporters rather than an objective assessment of the race: campaign trailing in most of the public polls has state party pay pollster to commission a poll showing 1 point race; pollster saves one last final release for over the weekend when fewer people will be paying attention so that this poll doesn't hurt their ratings. Maybe it's wishful thinking or confirmation bias on my part but to me this suggests Burke's chances are a lot less than I thought they were two hours ago.

What a bad decision by the Democrats. Detroit? Yes. Philly? Yes. A swing state like WI?

Good, hopefully Walker hangs on this Tuesday! I figured it would be tight, and it will be a nail-biter to the end.

An internal PPP for Burke showing Walker +1 = RIP Burke. She was a damn fine candidate, but Wisconsin will continue to shoot itself in the foot I suppose with that clown Scotty Sh*tbag.

If Walker wins this, then he'll still be competitive for the 2016 GOP primary. If he loses, then I am not so sure.

I wish we could have a governor like Walker. California has a few unions that need to be busted, starting with the prison guards.

Lol

I agree, the conduct of the prison guards union is quite laughable. Wink
