Interesting. This could provide a last minute boost to Foley, but it's also possible most Visconti voters didn't know/care about him and were just using him as a vehicle for a protest vote, in which case it won't make a big difference. Did he have an actual campaign?

Visconti was ussually taking equal parts from Malloy and Foley, with the occasionally the larger portion from Foley. This could bring Foley up a couple points, but not enough to win.
