Three heirs to noteworthy European civilizations (Roman Empire; Italian city states; Greek city states; medieval Andalusia; Spanish Empire). Three of the Eurozone's economic basketcases. Three previous flirtations with fascism and dictatorship.

Uggg, it's like being one of the sheep that votes for a lesser of two evils (or three in this case).  Give me Greece and a line of credit please.

It's a hard choice, but in the end I like the Spanish better as a people than the Italians, through as individuals the Greeks are great.
